can you run a y pipe into two cold air filters on a 1986 iroc camaro?
in more detail im asking if you can take off the original air filters and the pipe running to it out, then put a y shaped pipe so you could put 2 separate cold air intakes running to the engine. cause this would double the effect of just having one intake.
Sure. It is not necessary to do so. One good intake is all that you need up to about 600 hp, because the engine will only move so much air. Basically what i am saying is you will not get twice the power from twice the intake. In fact you will not get any more power at all over a decent intake.
