which is the best internal filter/air supplier for a small fish tank containing 2 gold fishes under 15$?
I have 2 gold fishes and am a novice in fish keeping. Its the first time I have it.Please help me out.
Sadly, small tanks aren’t suitable for Goldfish! How small is small?
Goldfish really need over 60-70 litres each (that’s around 20 US gallons). They’re very large and messy fish, pretty high maintenance and in fact the worst species for a fishkeeping beginner!
Unless you can afford a massive upgrade right now, I would recommend rehoming the Goldfish.
If the tank is around 20-25L or so, you could get a heater, sponge filter/whisper filter and a Betta – but you will need to put the tank through the nitrogen cycle first.
