If you buy a house and eight weeks later find that the house has mold particles air born through out .?
The particle are in all of our clothing ; refridg, wich is brand new as well as our furniture also new. We had our furnace ducts cleaned , air filtration w/hepa filter and uv light installed. all carpet removed. Do we have any re course on this house that has made us all ver sick snce the day we moved in?!
If in the sale of the home the seller didn’t disclose this information to you then yes you can go after the seller
if it was disclosed but you didn’t have an inspection before purchasing then you have to bite the bullet …..
