Where is the O2 Sensor located on a 1991 Honda Accord, and how hard is it to replace?

Need specific answers on installation and removal. Have aftermarket air filter and intake installed. If you have diagrams, please add.

It is located on what Honda calls the B Pipe. This is the part of the exhaust that is after the manifold, but before the catalytic converter. Look for the flexible part of the exhaust under the car and the follow the pipe towards the engine. Right before it forks into two pipes and curves up, there is the O2 sensor. It is installed vertically and has a wire coming out of its top. You need a special socket to remove it that will allow the wire to not be damaged. Most auto parts store have this socket.
